1. Who manages Falcons Nest?
Falcons Nest is managed by Falcons Nest—a well-known and respected Serviced Apartments in Hyderabad and Group of Falcons .

2. What is the difference between Falcons Nest and a hotel?
Unlike hotels, serviced apartments are more comfortable, easier on the pocket and can be customized to individual tastes.

C. Payment and billing

1. What are your tariffs?
Falcons Nest Prices its accommodation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. For more information please contact us.

2. What facilities are included in the cost?

3. How do I pay my bills?
Apartment rentals / tariffs are to be paid in advance.

Payments can be done via Cheque (Company cheques only) / Cash / Demand Draft / Credit card. We can bill individuals or we can invoice a company directly.

4. Can I cancel a booking that I have made with Falcons Nest?
Will I be liable to pay any cancellation fees?

• Yes, you can. No cancellation charges will be levied if you
cancel your booking within 10 days from the date of payment.

• However incase of payment by Debit Card, a nominal service fee
will be charged by the payment gateway service provider for
cancellation even within the 10 day period.

• Incase of a "No Show", a fee of Rs 2,500 will be charged.

5. Are there any special discounts for those who stay for a long period?
Discounts are available for bookings for one month and above and based on any ongoing special offers at the time of your booking / stay. For details of any special on-going offers, please write to us at info@falconsnest.in / dinesh@falconsnest.in

Most of our clients are corporates from around the world. We also have long-term agreements with various corporates like Wipro, TATA,Aztec Soft etc.

1. Is there a minimum and maximum length of stay?
Falcons Nest is available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

2. What are the sizes of the residences?
Falcons Nest offers a wide selection of studio, 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom penthouse residences ranging from 530 sft to 2500 sft featuring a living cum dining area, kitchenette, bedrooms and bathrooms. The three bedroom residences feature a separate kitchen.

3. Are pets welcome?
We regret to inform that, Falcons Nest does not allow pets in its residences.

4. Are unfurnished residences available for lease?
In select locations, unfurnished residence are available for long term leasing.


G. Reservations

1. What are the ways in which I can pay?
The folowing modes of payment are perfectly acceptable:
• Credit Cards (All major credit cards accepted)
• Debit Cards (All major debit cards accepted)
• Cheque/DD

2. Can I pay online?

3. How many days prior should I book a residence?
All reservations will be made at least 3 days prior to your requirement. Rental tariff to be paid as advance, as applicable.

4. How do I make reservations?
Making a reservation is easy.

You can now make your reservations online by choosing the location of your Falcons Nest Service apartment and our secure online payment gateway will allow making your reservation and confirming your booking online.

Call us or send us an email to know the availability status and to reserve a residence.

5. How do I cancel a reservation?
Kindly send us an e-mail to info@falconsnest.in at least 7 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made a week before check in would bear no cancellation charges.
1. Any cancellations after that would bear a retention charge of 1 night.
2. Cancellations before 36 hours of check-in would be charged at 50% of the entire booked stay.
